You may have noticed a distinct absence of my presence on the ol' dA. I still around, but on facebook, so add me if you miss my retardo-face.

I've realized many things since in England, one of them being that I love sleep, but that's entirely unrelated.

I've been living most of my life vicariously, and allow me to say to anyone doing likewise that you should quit this behavior at this very instant. Go out and do what you dream of doing and being and seeing and experiencing instead of sitting and imagining it or living through the brazen escapades of some other friend far wiser and livelier than you. Even if it gets you into frightening situations, as mine have done, believe you me, to know that you have gone and done and lived and experienced even the terrifying and horrific is something worth having and treasuring. For beyond being a smashing good tale when all's said and done, the unsavory experiences in life simply make the sweet all the sweeter.

Whats more is that instead of plucking with soft fingers the development and plot of potential stories from other forms of media, you have your own life and the lives of those you know to take from. Become a character, not just an outside observer and creator. The best creator is one who can walk in the shoes of all characters, even those lowly and vile.

Turning the big two-one on Saturday, 8:12am sharp.
Tonight I'm having a massive get-together with all my British friends and USA classmates.
Inviting a herd of would-be posh, southern california, commercial bred, consumer whore students to a metal/punk/rock bar filled with british punks and metal heads; what ever could go wrong with a lovely combination like that?
